慧聰集團(02280.HK)公佈中期業績 銷售收入增加40% 將進一步加強三駕馬車市場定位
格隆匯8月27日丨慧聰集團(02280.HK)發佈公吿，截至2021年6月30日止6個月，公司持續經營業務產生銷售收入增加約40.0%至約人民幣70.66億元；持續經營業務產生公司權益持有人應占虧損約為人民幣1.1億元，而2020年同期持續經營業務所產生公司權益持有人應占虧損則錄得約人民幣1.79億元；公司EBITDA由2020年上半年約人民幣負4450萬元增加約人民幣5840萬元至約人民幣1390萬元。
銷售收入增加主要由於隨着經濟自COVID-19疫情中復甦，工廠生產及業務營運面臨的諸多障礙已紛紛消除或減少，帶動訂單及銷售收入增長。
2021年上半年來自科技新零售事業羣的總銷售收入約為人民幣5.06億元，較2020年同期增加約32.1%。智慧產業事業羣銷售收入增加約42.4%至約人民幣64.4億元。
於2020年上半年，智慧零售事業羣CEO陳晨先生完成直播首秀；松下洗衣機通過慧買賣進行雲端招商會；慧買賣攜手惠州學院深化校企融合；2021年6月18日單日銷售同比增長207%。截至2021年6月，ZOL慧買賣業務覆蓋全國18省2,163個區縣，線下服務團隊人數500+，全國精準付費會員店突破30000+，匯聚家電品牌商100+、SKU2000+。於2021年7月，慧買賣官網全新升級上線。
公司表示，互聯網的整體局勢已從消費互聯網，邁向一個社會生態建設基本完善的產業互聯網時代。為迎接挑戰，自2017年10月，集團全面戰略轉型、致力於成為中國領先的產業互聯網公司。於2021年5月8日，集團兩大核心板塊－中關村在綫和兆信科技(ZOL&PANPASS)正式迎來了喬遷之喜，在公司新址北京雍和航星科技園順利舉辦了喬遷儀式。未來三年，兩家專業公司除將在各自垂類領域增強品牌的專業度和影響力，構建一個更好的客户服務體系和服務流程。
ZOL將繼續以內容為王，專業影響用户，以服務第一的理念與品牌商合作，以此獲得集團3000+品牌客户以及1.65億用户的信賴。2021年下半年，ZOL慧買賣將持續為為傳統零售商搭建一個高效率、低成本、強體驗的解決方案。未來三年，發展規劃方針將圍繞抓住機遇、深化運營、聚力迭代、賽道領先，持續深挖客户需求和痛點，用更有價值，更有效率的服務為B端會員店賦能。
