威海銀行(09677.HK)上半年淨利升9.02%至9.62億元 效益不斷提升 轉型加快推進
格隆匯8月27日丨威海銀行(09677.HK)公佈中期業績，2021年上半年，公司實現營業收入人民幣36.38億元，較上年同期增加人民幣6.12億元，增長20.23%；税前利潤人民幣11.64億元，較上年同期增加人民幣0.75億元，增長6.84%；淨利潤人民幣9.62億元，較上年同期增加人民幣0.80億元，增長9.02%，主要由於公司和零售銀行業務持續發展，利息淨收入、手續費及佣金淨收入同比增加。
2021年上半年，公司緊扣"一穩二準三超越"工作思路，聚焦目標任務，深化改革創新，加快轉型步伐，精準施策發力，各項業務保持了持續穩健增長態勢。
規模平穩增長。資產總額達到人民幣2,883.78億元，較2020年末增加人民幣207.77億元；各項存款餘額較2020年末增加人民幣136.99億元；各項貸款餘額較2020年末增加人民幣193.54億元。
質量保持穩定。不良貸款比例為1.47%，保持在較低水平，經受住了複雜形勢的挑戰和考驗；資本充足率為13.97%，撥備覆蓋率為172.26%，各項監管指標持續全面達標並向好改善，發展更加科學穩健。
效益不斷提升。上半年實現淨利潤人民幣9.62億元，同比增加人民幣0.80億元，增長9.02%。
轉型加快推進。圍繞"綫下業務綫上化，綫上業務豐富化，數字銀行戰略化"的"三步走"戰略，成立轉型管理(創新、科技、人才)委員會，與騰訊、華為等簽訂全面戰略合作協議，聘請專業機構開展數字化轉型諮詢項目，通過金融科技賦能業務發展，使金融服務更具智慧、更有特色。
特色日益顯著。藉助移動互聯、大數據等科技手段，積極搭建"智慧平台"，"商車貸"、"房e貸"、"快e貸"、"微e貸"等特色業務持續發力，通過綫上化、平台化模式更好地支持小微企業發展。順應國家政策導向，啟動"赤道銀行"項目，提升綠色金融服務能力，打造綠色金融品牌形象。
內控紮實有效。強調"制度就是內部法律，制度就是行動綱領"，全面開展制度修訂月、制度學習月、制度考試月、制度檢查月、制度執行月等"制度系列月"活動，不斷強化制度約束作用，合規意識持續增強，內控基礎不斷夯實。
戰略謀劃未來。制定了本行"十四五"發展戰略，明確了未來五年的戰略方向、戰略定位、戰略目標和戰略措施，通過戰略引領進一步堅定發展信心、凝聚發展合力。
