格隆匯8月27日丨建發物業(02156.HK)發佈公吿,截至2021年6月30日止6個月,公司收入約為人民幣6.65億元,同比增長約47.1%;毛利率約為26.4%,而上年同期毛利率則約為24.3%,較上年同期提升2.1個百分點;公司股權持有人應占溢利約為人民幣8650萬元,較上年同期增長約41.8%,董事會建議不會就本期宣派中期股息。
集團物業管理服務的合約建築面積於2021年6月30日約為56.1百萬平方米,較2020年12月31日約47.2百萬平方米增長約18.9%。
