北控城市資源(03718.HK)公佈中期業績 純利上升14.1% 危險廢物處理服務收入大增76.3%
格隆匯8月27日丨北控城市資源(03718.HK)公佈，截至2021年6月30日止六個月，公司錄得收入約21.109億港元，相較於去年同期收入約15.460億港元，上升約36.5%；公司股東應占期內溢利為約2.485億港元，相較於去年同期約2.178億港元，上升約14.1%；每股基本及攤薄盈利為約6.90港仙。截至報吿期末，集團並無任何重大或然負債（2020年12月31日：無）。
集團環境衞生服務的收入為約16.366億港元，相較於去年同期約12.661億港元，上升約29.3%；危險廢物處理服務的收入為約3.410億港元，相較於去年同期約1.934億港元，上升約76.3%。
於2021年6月30日，集團擁有113個環境衞生服務項目。於2021年6月30日，集團總承包面積為約1.941億平方米（2020年12月31日︰1.944億平方米），環境衞生服務項目產生平均收入每平方米約6.4港元（截至2020年6月30日止六個月︰每平方米6.2港元）。
於2021年6月30日，集團有8個在營危險廢物處理項目。截至2021年6月30日，從事無害化處置項目的處理設施的總設計處理能力為每年351,016噸（2020年12月31日︰338,718噸）。同日，從事回收循環利用項目的處理設施的總設計處理能力為每年250,000噸（2020年12月31日︰250,000噸）。截至2021年6月30日，集團亦有3個在建項目及3個計劃未來建設項目。
公司表示，就集團環境衞生服務業務而言，由於中國的城市化水平不斷提高，集團擬參與更多招標程序以獲取新項目，擴展至新市場，並尋求機會將服務擴展至若干相關業務領域，例如回收、分類、綠道養護及循環再用城市廢物。集團的危險廢物處理服務業務預期將繼續於2021年下半年錄得收益，乃由於集團的項目能力增加以及中國經濟恢復。
