祥生控股集團(02599.HK)中期核心純利約5.34億元 同比增長約54.8%
格隆匯8月27日丨祥生控股集團(02599.HK)公吿，截至2021年6月30日止6個月中期業績，歸屬集團權益的合約銷售約為人民幣496.81億元，較去年同期增長約30.4%。收益總額約為人民幣158.94億元，較去年同期增長約19.6%。公司擁有人應占溢利約為人民幣5.32億元，較去年同期增長約48.7%，公司擁有人應占核心純利潤約為人民幣5.34億元，較去年同期增長約54.8%。毛利潤總額約為人民幣28.65億元，較去年同期增加約19.3%。淨資產負債比率由2020年12月31日136.4%下降至2021年6月30日96.6%。現金及銀行結餘約為人民幣273.19億元，較2020年12月31日增長約12.4%。
