環球醫療(02666.HK)中期純利升32.3%至10.50億元 醫院集團規模擴大、金融板塊基礎夯實
格隆匯8月27日丨環球醫療(02666.HK)公佈截至2021年6月30日止6個月的中期業績，上半年集團實現收入50.08億元人民幣(單位下同)，較上年同期增長24.4%；期內溢利為11.26億元，較上年同期增長30.7%；普通股權益持有人應占期內溢利為10.50億元，較上年同期增長32.3%；截至2021年6月30日，集團資產總額為69,894.9百萬元，較上年末增長13.6%，資產負債率為75.18%，資產狀況總體安全可控。
醫院集團規模擴大，經營效益穩步提升：醫院集團是打造醫療健康集團的核心資源。2021年上半年，集團繼續積極參與國有企業辦醫院的整合承接工作，同時有序推進已簽約項目的交割並表工作。截至2021年6月30日，集團已累計簽約醫療機構56家(其中包括5家三甲醫院和29家二級醫院)，合計開放牀位數超過15,000張；已並表醫療機構41家(其中包括3家三甲醫院和19家二級醫院)，合計開放牀位數10,082張。
從並表收益來看，2021年上半年，醫院集團(不考慮醫院投資平台)並表期間實現收入21.19億元，較去年同期增長37.2%(主要為同期新增醫療機構並表所致)，實現期內溢利9910萬元，較去年同期增長187.0%；營業毛利率為12.83%，淨利潤率為4.67%。
從運營情況來看，2021年上半年，集團已並表醫療機構的總診療量為2,937,210人次，較去年同比上升約38.5%，較2019年同比上升約13.3%。醫療業務收入半年全口徑合計達20.04億元，較去年同比上升約19.1%，較2019年同比上升約11.7%；已並表三級醫院單牀收入達到年化約60萬元，集團已並表醫療機構整體單牀收入提升至年化近40萬元。
金融板塊基礎夯實，業務發展穩健安全：集團金融業務以融資租賃業務為主。上半年，我們不斷加強重點區域業務精耕細作，精準對接客户需求，提升業務開發效率；同時持續提升風險管控力度，確保業務安全健康發展；緊跟金融形勢的變化，合理控制融資成本，確保業務的資金需求。上半年，集團實現金融服務利息收入22.62億元，同比增長10.4%；實現息差毛利13.99億元，同比增長28.3%。各項業務指標均保持良好水平，生息資產平均收益率7.79%，計息負債平均成本率3.84%，淨利差3.95%，淨息差4.49%。
集團持續優化租前－租中－租後動態管理流程，強化責任鏈接，全力保障資產質量。截至2021年6月30日，集團生息資產淨值達599.42億元，較年初增長12.0%；不良資產率0.98%，30天逾期率0.85%，撥備覆蓋率216.28%，資產質量總體安全可控，且繼續維持在行業的領先水平。
