《大行報告》摩通降信置(00083.HK)評級至「中性」 目標價下調至13.5元
摩根大通發表研究報告,指考慮信和置業(00083.HK)股價本年至今跑贏市場,以及利好因素如強勁物業銷售、特別息已反映,降其投資評級由「增持」下調至「中性」。該行並指特別息派發幅度令人略為失望。
報告稱,信置年度基本純利按年升126%至103億元,惟低於該行預期6%,主因租金收入跌幅大過預期;酒店業務復甦進展未如預期。該行指,因應兩大正面因素已反映,目前難以為進一步上升提供理由。集團租務表現維持溫和,空置率增加令其難以加租,目標價由14.3元降至13.5元。
