摩根大通:美的置業財務狀況改善 抵禦風險能力強
格隆匯8月27日丨日前,摩根大通發佈研報指出,美的置業主要財務指標均有所改善:截至6月30日,淨負債率大幅下降至58%;現金短債比提升至3.0x;調整的資產負債率降至76%,降槓桿取得一定成效,給予美的置業“增持”評級。研報指出,美的置業防禦風險的表現突出:截至6月30日,美的置業合約負債達1100億元,這一數值在同等銷售規模的開發商中相對較高。此外,摩根大通認為,1-6月,美的置業毛利率為20.7%,相較於2020年下半年,毛利率有所上升。從半年度的數據來看,毛利率正在觸底反彈。
