華潤啤酒(00291.HK)進軍白酒業務 擬透過注資方式投資山東景芝白酒
格隆匯8月26日丨華潤啤酒(00291.HK)發佈公吿，公司董事會一直就進一步發展而審視集團策略以及潛在商機。經考慮目前市況及董事會對中國國內酒類飲品市場未來發展的預測，董事會已經議決，擬透過投資於一間位於中國山東省歷史悠久的着名釀酒公司的旗下業務，進軍中國白酒業務。
於2021年8月26日，公司附屬公司華潤酒業控股有限公司與（其中包括）山東景芝白酒有限公司（目標公司）及山東景芝酒業股份有限公司就酒業控股擬透過注資方式投資於目標公司訂立協議。投資事項的確實金額會在參考將對目標公司所進行的估值後落實。
目標公司為一間於2021年5月在中國成立的有限公司。於本公吿日期，目標公司為景芝的全資附屬公司，而景芝乃位於中國山東省的著名且歷史悠久的中國白酒釀酒公司，主要從事在中國釀造白酒的業務。目標公司將主要從事在中國釀造、分銷及推廣白酒的業務，而預期於投資事項完成後，目標公司將成為景芝旗下唯一的白酒業務營運主體。
公司表示，公司一直就進一步發展其業務而檢討策略並探索商機。投資事項為一個意義重大的里程碑，意味着集團進軍中國白酒市場，此舉將有利於集團潛在的後續業務發展以及產品組合及收入來源多元化。董事會認為，投資事項屬策略性，將令集團處於更有利位置，以進一步評估集團的業務多元化策略。公司將繼續致力於中國的啤酒釀造業務。
董事會亦認為投資事項是個難得機會，景芝乃中國的領先白酒釀造商之一，集團可藉此與其建立可持續戰略伙伴關係。公司認為，憑藉集團與景芝各自在啤酒及白酒市場的悠久歷史、豐富經驗及人脈，為目標公司提供營銷及管理能力提升的機會，目標公司將成為一個強而有力的平台，有助於協同發展品牌影響力，促進中國白酒市場的高質量發展。董事會認為投資事項與公司的長遠業務策略一致，能為本集團業務的多元化發展鋪路，並符合公司及其股東整體的商業利益。
