澳能建設(01183.HK)公佈2021年中期業績 溢利增加319.7% 在手訂單逾12億澳門元 電動車充電業務將帶來穩定現金流
2021年8月25日 ，從事建設與裝修工程、高壓變電站建設及其系統安裝、電動汽車充電系統工程商澳能建設控股有限公司("澳能建設"或"公司")(股份代號：1183；連同其附屬公司統稱"集團")，欣然宣佈公司及其附屬公司(統稱"集團")截至2021年6月30日止六個月("期內") 未經審核的中期業績。
截至2021年6月30日，集團有待完成的手頭合約總值為12億澳門元。新建酒店綜合大樓水上樂園滑梯安裝工程、提供並安裝金屬門、供應及交付暖通空調系統與消防灑水系統的照明及配線配件及外牆照明工程，合約總價值約為3億澳門元。
期內，集團的收益大幅增加，主要是由於集團配合客户工程施工，完成主要建築合約的大量施工進度，當中包括於澳門路氹城發展新建的酒店綜合大樓總合約價值 約65億港元的工程項目，令集團收入同比增加43.2%至4.148億澳門元(上一期間:2.896億澳門元)。受惠整體受益上升帶動，集團的純利同比上升319.7%至 約54.6百萬澳門元(上一期間:13.0百萬澳門元)，毛利錄得199.1%增長至79.0百萬澳門元(上一期間:26.4百萬澳門元)。期內毛利率及純利率分別為19.0%(上一期間: 9.1%)及13.2%(上一期間: 4.5%)。
集團的充電樁業務亦發展迅速。期內，集團已在中華人民共和國廣東省及澳 門取得住宅物業及公共停車位的充電樁項目，為電動汽車充電設施提供設計、供 貨、安裝、操作及維護服務，涵蓋約4,400個私家及公共停車位。
憑藉集團卓越的表現及資本市場對集團的認可，澳能建設於2021年5月27日正式 被納入MSCI香港小型股指數。董事會預期，公司獲納入MSCI香港小型股指數後，將提升公司的聲譽及增加其股份買賣的流動性。
展望
澳門現有6個賭牌將於2022年6月到期，賭牌重新競投準備工作正有序開展中，預 料下半年展開諮詢。集團估計現有持牌者會加緊維修設施，甚或興建更多大型 綜合度假村，增強續牌的籌碼。一眾博企大興土木，將直接令集團受惠。
此外，各個地區積極推廣使用電動汽車，紛紛推出電動汽車普及化的政策。集團亦正全力發展電動汽車充電樁以及磷酸鋰離子電池業務，現階段集中擴大充電網絡，目標是為客户長期提供供電及維修保養服務，並將以月費形式收費，冀為集團提供穩定的現金流來源。我們相信，當電動汽車漸漸成為市場主流，充電樁業務為集團帶來的收入將日益俱增。
中央政府表示其將會推進落實《粵澳合作框架協議》("框架協議")，支持澳門經濟適度多元發展，加快推動在橫琴設立「粵澳深度合作區」，構建粵澳共商共建共管的體制機制。在框架協議下橫琴自貿區將由澳門和珠海共同管理，此舉將為澳門發展提供巨大的機會，包括允許澳門建築公司直接進駐橫琴承接建造工程及服務行業的工作。同時澳門政府亦將加大投資橫琴項目。集團將把握此機遇，以橫琴作為基地，加快進軍大灣區市場。
