天譽置業(00059.HK)中期收入46.83億元 同比增加20.76%
格隆匯8月25日丨天譽置業(00059.HK)發佈公吿,截至2021年6月30日止6個月,實現收入46.83億元人民幣(單位下同),同比增加20.76%;公司權益持有人應占期間溢利1.98億元;每股基本盈利0.025元。
集團項目組合主要位於對住房有強大剛需大灣區及大型二線及周邊城市,對動盪更具回覆能力。於2020年年底,集團成功競標而成為中國廣州鳳尾村的合作企業,有關建築面積約為1,900,000平方米。面對複雜而多變的外在環境以及COVID-19疫情對整個行業所帶來的新挑戰,集團依循穩定經營的策略方向,並加快協同發展。
於2021年上半年,集團錄得合同銷售額合共人民幣60億元(截至2020年6月30日止6個月:人民幣52億元),有關總建築面積為68.5萬平方米(截至2020年6月30日止6個月:51萬平方米),而整體除税前平均售價為每平方米人民幣9,000元。已訂合同總建築面積涵蓋25個發展中及已落成項目。除於本期間內交付及確認合同銷售額外,該等合同銷售額將於稍後2021年至2024年度交付所涉物業時確認為物業銷售額。
於期間內,已交付七個(截至2020年6月30日止6個月:七個)項目的物業,分別為廣州天譽半島、中山天譽虹悦、南寧天譽花園、南寧天譽東盟創客城、徐州天譽時代城、南昌天譽鳳凰樾及南寧檀府印象。集團交付了總建築面積537,000平方米(截至2020年6月30日止6個月:371,000平方米)及錄得除直接税前物業銷售收益人民幣50.19億元。與去年同期比較,收益上升21%,主要原因為於本期間內所交付建築面積有所增加,而產品及市場組合亦有別。
截至2021年6月30日,公司項目組合與潛在土地儲備總建築面積為33,000,000平方米,主要位於粵港澳大灣區廣州、深圳、中山、珠海、惠州,華南地區南寧及桂林、華東地區徐州及南昌,以及中國西南地區重慶、昆明及貴州。
