格隆匯8月25日丨建業建榮(01556.HK)發佈公吿,截至2021年6月30日止六個月,實現收入9.98億港元,同比增加45.35%;公司權益持有人應占溢利3460.6萬港元,同比增加5.66%;基本每股盈利2.31港仙。
收入增加主要由於若干大型地基合約施工進度理想,以及鑽探及場地勘探合約於報吿期間所帶來收入貢獻增加。集團的整體毛利率由過往同期的15.2%跌至報吿期間的12.9%。毛利率下跌主要乃由於直接材料成的價格大幅上漲,以及地基市場的工資指數水平高企。此外,為了滿足嚴格的合約要求,已動用額外資源來穩定地面狀況。這些影響綜合起來,使原已因獲授予的合約價格極具競爭性及進取而導致的微薄合約利潤更加低薄。
