康橋悦生活(02205.HK)中期歸母淨利升10.5%至5130萬元 合約建面達4440萬平米
格隆匯8月25日丨康橋悦生活(02205.HK)公佈截至2021年6月30日止6個月的中期業績,報吿期內,集團收入達約3.974億元,同比增加82.6%。其中,物業管理服務收入約1.625億元,佔總收入40.9%,同比增加36.0%;非業主增值服務收入約1.724億元,佔總收入43.4%,同比增加187.8%;及社區增值服務收入約6240萬元,佔總收入15.7%,同比增加63.2%。
報吿期內毛利約為1.124億元,同比增加38.5%,毛利率為28.3%;期內溢利約為5480萬元,同比增加13.2%,剔除上市費用約900萬元,期內溢利約為6380萬元,同比增加31.9%;權益股東應占期內溢利約為5130萬元,同比增加10.5%。
報吿期內物業管理服務合約建築面積約為4440萬平方米,同比增長32.1%,其中在管建築面積約為1990萬平方米,同比增長50.1%。非住宅類物業的在管建築面積約為240萬平方米,同比增長228.4%,非住宅類物業均來自第三方物業開發商。
下半年,集團繼續堅持“一主兩翼”的核心競爭力戰略模型,其中“一主”指以服務為主,持續提升服務能力。就“兩翼”而言,集團一方面持續推動市場化的拓展能力,持續的拓展物業管理的面積,增加服務規模。堅持規模、收益、利潤、滿意度等全優發展,集團將持續深耕華中地區擴張全國重點城市,努力為住宅以外的寫字樓、產業園、教育及醫療機構等非住宅物業提供服務,進一步豐富集團物業管理組合。
另一方面集團將持續加強在智慧科技方面的投入和建設,通過提升科技化、數據化和數字化方面的能力去提升和滿足客户,會員平台建設、集中呼叫中心、客户滿意體系的迭代,滿足業主及員工各種服務要求,提升運營效率。
