格隆匯8月25日丨領悦服務集團(02165.HK)公吿,截至2021年6月30日止6個月的收益為人民幣2.55億元,較2020年同期增長30.7%。純利為人民幣3830萬元,較2020年同期增長8.2%。經扣除上市開支人民幣790萬元,公司於期間調整後淨利潤為人民幣4500萬元,較2020年相應期間人民幣3540萬元(經扣除任何上市開支)增加27.1%。母公司普通權益持有人應占每股盈利人民幣0.17元。
於2021年6月30日,集團簽約項目231個、簽約建築面積37.6百萬平方米,在管項目175個、在管建築面積20.8百萬平方米。
集團擁有三條業務線:(i)物業管理服務、(ii)非業主增值服務及(iii)社區增值服務,為客户提供涵蓋物業管理整個價值鏈的綜合服務。物業管理服務。集團為業主、住户和物業開發商以及我們在管非住宅物業的租户提供廣泛的物業管理服務。集團的服務一般包括保安服務、清潔及綠化服務、維修及保養服務等。
集團管理的物業組合多元化(包括住宅物業、商業物業以及公共及其他物業)。非業主增值服務。集團向非業主提供增值服務,包括(i)前期規劃及設計諮詢服務;(ii)銷售處管理服務;(iii)交付前服務;(iv)維修及保養服務;(v)物業交易協助服務;及(vi)保安支援服務。社區增值服務。集團主要為業主及住户提供社區增值服務,為其提供生活便利,例如(i)社區空間管理服務;(ii)裝修及拎包入住服務;(iii)便利生活服務;及(iv)社區零售服務。
集團提供全面的物業管理服務組合,以豐富集團的收益來源並實現快速增長。近年,集團一直加強社區增值服務組合。憑藉對住户需求的深入瞭解,集團致力進一步豐富社區增值服務。與其他類型的物業管理服務相比,社區增值服務通常可產生更高的利潤率,故社區增值服務一直在提升集團的財務業績。集團將繼續獲取更大的市場份額並擴大在中國的業務佈局。
