交銀國際(03329.HK)公佈中期業績 淨利潤大增105.1% 將深化“商行+投行”一體化金融服務
格隆匯8月25日丨交銀國際(03329.HK)宣佈，截至2021年6月30日止6個月，公司收益及其他收入合計11.9億港元，同比增長19%；期間利潤為5.72億港元，較去年同期增加105.1%；公司股東應占淨利潤5.6億港元，同比增長99%；每股盈利0.2港元。
截至2021年6月30日止6個月，證券經紀業務佣金及手續費收入為1.03億港元，比2020年同期增加2070萬港元或25.2%。於2021年上半年，保證金客户賬户數目增至9,417個。平均每月貸款結餘有所增加，截至2021年6月30日止六個月的保證金貸款利息收入為9960萬港元，較2020年同期增加1600萬港元或19.2%。
截至2021年6月30日止6個月，企業融資及承銷服務的佣金及手續費收入為8060萬港元，較2020年同期的4460萬港元增加3600萬港元或80.5%。
多元化的產品是公司資產管理業務的基石，於2021年6月30日，公司的資產管理規模約為314.27億港元，較2020年12月31日增加13.5%。
於2021年上半年，市場持續回暖。同時，公司憑藉過往投資及積極尋求新機會取得穩定回報。截至2021年6月30日止6個月，貸款及墊款、結構性融資應收款項及以公允價值計量且其變動計入其他綜合收益的金融資產的利息收入為2.49億港元，較2020年同期增加約2.6%。自營交易收入為5.86億港元，較2020年同期增加達45.2%。
