菜百股份(605599.SH)啟動網上路演 以具有文化底藴和藝術美感的產品佔領市場
8月25日，北京菜市口百貨股份有限公司(股票簡稱“菜百股份”，股票代碼“605599”)啟動網上路演，公司擬在上交所主板上市，公司首次發行不超過7,777.78萬股。8月26日，菜百股份將正式啟動申購，網下與網上發行申購同步進行。
招股書顯示，菜百股份的主營業務為黃金珠寶商品的原料採購、款式設計、連鎖銷售和品牌運營。公司主要產品包括黃金飾品、貴金屬文化產品、貴金屬投資產品，以及鑽翠珠寶飾品，擁有包括公司北京總店、覆蓋華北地區的47家直營連鎖門店、銀行渠道在內的線下銷售網絡，以及覆蓋全國市場的線上電商銷售網絡。
作為國有老字號，菜百股份是黃金珠寶行業中的標杆企業，公司參與制定、修訂了黃金珠寶國家標準和行業標準，其產品、服務受到高度的市場認可，並在2004年被授予“中國黃金第一家”的稱號。
