《大行報告》瑞銀升信行(00998.HK)評級至「中性」 目標價下調至3.7元
瑞銀發表報告預期,信行(00998.HK)2021年第二季盈利估計可有高十位數的增長,全年有高單位數增長,加上該行現價相當於今年市凈率0.29倍,較歷史平均值折讓48.3%,估值不高,相信下行空間不大,將評級由「沽售」調高至「中性」。
然而,瑞銀稱,信行資本約束越趨嚴謹,仍然為主要的擔憂,預期信行股價出現結構性反彈的可能不大,目標價由3.9元下調至3.7元。
