拉夏貝爾(06116.HK)澄清簽訂租賃合同金額 相關房產出現閒置情況
拉夏貝爾(06116.HK)公佈,爲提高公司資產使用效率、降低運營成本,在確保公司正常經營的前提下,公司已將上海微樂名下的位於上海市閔行區潭竹路58號房產(總部大樓)部份對獨立第三方出租。
公司澄清,過去十二個月內,累計與獨立第三方簽訂租賃合同金額約1.92億元人民幣(下同),因現階段公司資金緊張、債務壓力大,公司已縮減部分業務和人員,導致相關房產出現閒置情況。在確保公司正常經營的前提下,公司對房產進行出租不會影響公司其他業務的開展,不會影響公司日常經營運作。公司對外出租辦公及倉儲物流房產有利於提高公司資產使用效率、降低運營成本,並能夠獲取相應的租金收益。(ta/k) ~
