中國軟件國際(00354.HK)戰略攜手長安汽車 共建IT技術服務協同創新
格隆匯8月25日丨中國軟件國際(00354.HK)發佈公吿，公司近日與重慶長安汽車股份有限公司(以下簡稱「長安汽車」)簽署戰略合作協議。結合長安汽車數字化轉型和創新創業發展理念，發揮中軟國際模式創新和數字化生態資源優勢，雙方開展多層次、全方位的戰略合作，共同構建面向汽車產業的IT技術服務協同創新，助力汽車行業數字化轉型，成為軟件定義汽車新時代同舟共濟戰略合作伙伴。
在智能網聯汽車領域，雙方將開展智能網聯汽車全場景出行服務的軟件創新合作，圍繞5G技術、車聯網大數據、智能雲、智能座艙、智慧出行、智慧生活、智慧服務等領域開展聯合創新。雙方還將構建一體的車聯網信息安全解決方案，開展圍繞汽車後服務、車生活、OTA、V2X等場景中與雲服務及工業互聯網相關的軟件平台合作，並基於雲原生、服務運營化、工業互聯網及多雲複雜環境管理為基礎的雲服務平台，構建完整的車雲協同服務體系。
在數字化轉型領域，雙方共同在企業運營數字化、大數據挖掘應用和數據治理、雲計算、營銷數字化、數字化創新等方面開展合作，在辦公、營銷服務、研發、生產、供應、風控等領域開展數字化規劃與建設，推動長安汽車向數字化與智能化企業轉型。
雙方將在重慶推動軟件工廠模式的ODC建設。公司將聚合業界先進的IT工具集、規模化軟件工廠理念和實踐，結合公司雲原生技術平台的研發工具鏈，為長安汽車打造業內領先的軟件研發流程及質量管理體系。雙方共同探索“數字長安•開放創新”生態培育機制，利用中軟國際解放號匯聚汽車軟件生態力量，為長安汽車提供全方位的“新第三方服務”。
在國產信息化技術應用創新領域，雙方將針對國產軟件數據庫、相關中間件進行深度開發和運行維護；雙方將共同探索發展國產車聯網操作系統及應用軟件，提升汽車軟件國產化自主創新能力，推動成立汽車軟件創新中心，開展汽車軟件產品研發與商業模式創新孵化，滿足長安汽車需求的同時積極向汽車行業輸出。雙方還將在人才培養領域進行全面深入合作，推進共建“中軟國際－長安智能汽車學院”。
此次公司牽手長安汽車，是公司投身汽車產業變革，佈局智能網聯汽車軟件產業鏈的新開端，有利公司緊抓軟件定義汽車新時代機遇，通過軟件工廠模式複製新型軟件工程能力，打造汽車行業標杆示範，做大做強公司汽車軟件業務；同時，合作有利公司進一步輸出數字化轉型諮詢和解決方案能力，打造汽車行業IP，建立車雲協同體系，優化公司商業模式，為股東創造更大價值。
