嘉里與信置黃竹坑站「揚海」首推120伙 折實1,079.9萬入場
嘉里建設(00683.HK)與信置(00083.HK)及港鐵(00066.HK) 合作的黃竹坑站「港島南岸」第二期住宅項目「揚海」公布首張價單,涉120伙,包括16個一房、74個兩房及30個三房單位,實用面積介乎341至921平方呎。
計及最高20%折扣,折實售價由1,079.92萬至3,085.12萬元,折實呎價28,295元至33,551元。首批折實平均呎價30,880元,價單折實市值約22.3億元。
首張價單入場單位為實用面積341平方呎之一房單位,折實售價1,079.92萬元,折實呎價31,669元。
嘉里發展香港區總經理湯耀宗在記者會上形容是次開價為「開心啟航價」,指項目位於鐵路沿線,且價單中超過一半單位向海,估計最快下周開售。而未來會視乎市場情況考慮加推,並料會因應單位層數及景觀調整價格。至於四房大單位會考慮以招標形式推出。(ek/s) ~
