輪證日報 |港交所推首只A股期貨產品，牛證漲200%

港股午後沖高回落，恒指漲幅最低收窄至200點內，收市略微回升。截至收市，恒指漲1.05%，報25109.59點；科指漲2.14%，報6021.27點。
盤面上，電力及可再生能源板塊多股爆發，軍工、海運板塊強勢；餐飲股弱勢，恒大系全線大跌，傳恒大將折價出售香港總部物業。
個股方面，華能國際電力漲22%，龍源電力漲11.2%；特步國際績後漲9.2%；萬洲國際反彈漲4.7%。恒大汽車大跌26%，中國恒大跌11%；傳阿裏雲違規洩露客戶資訊，阿裏巴巴跌3.6%。

醫藥股上演暴力反彈：金斯瑞生物獲高瓴認購盤中暴漲17%
金斯瑞生物科技(01548)發佈公告，於2021年8月19日(交易時段前，香港時間)，Probio Cayman(該公司間接全資附屬公司)與高瓴投資管理有限公司訂立購買協議，據此， Probio Cayman同意出售及發行而投資者同意購買總計3億股A類優先股，購買價為每股0.50美元，總代價約1.5億美元;及Probio認股權證，以在完成時以約1.25億美元的總代價購買總計約1.89億股Probio股份。

美銀證券：升香港交易所評級至買入 目標價529港元美美銀證券發表研究報告，升香港交易所評級至買入，目標價維持529港元。該行指，因應中國A股指數的期貨合約推出，預期可以利好公司表現，相信會增加海外基金的參與度，因能夠更好地管理A股市場風險，預期港交所在海外投資者投資A股重點門戶的定位將更鞏固。根據新加坡推出相關產品經驗，估計新產品在2022年對港交所帶來7億港元收入貢獻，或占收入預測3%。如果需求進一步增加，實際貢獻可以超過5%。
