合景悠活(03913.HK)公佈中期業績 純利大增156.1% 在管面積較上年末增長296.9%
格隆匯8月23日丨合景悠活(03913.HK)發佈公吿，截至2021年6月30日止六個月，期內收入約人民幣12.3億元，較2020年同期增長83.1%；期內毛利約人民幣5.43億元，較2020年同期增長107.6%；毛利率提高了5.2個百分點至44.2%；期內利潤約人民幣3.2億元，較2020年同期增長156.1%；每股基本及攤薄盈利為人民幣16分。
期內，集團的合約面積由2020年12月31日的約53.4百萬平方米，增長達315.2%至2021年6月30日的約221.7百萬平方米；與此同時，在管面積亦由2020年12月31日的約41.6百萬平方米，增長達296.9%至2021年6月30日的約165.1百萬平方米。
截至2021年6月30日，集團的非住宅在管建築面積中，62.4%集中於大灣區和長三角地區。上述區域經濟發達，人均可支配收入高，為集團的非住宅物業管理和商業營運服務提供良好的外部營商環境。
基於精準定位、場景打磨、亮點營造及品牌提升等核心競爭力，期內，集團購物中心及寫字樓運營數據表現亮眼，購物中心的銷售總額同比呈現82.0%的增長，面對疫情的持續衝擊，出租率維持在90.0%以上；整體寫字樓的出租率維持在90.0%以上，實現非住宅物業管理及商業運營服務收入同比增長84.9%至約人民幣3.84億元。
