格隆匯8月23日丨繼上週五漲近5%後,萬洲國際(0288.HK)今天繼續反彈4.79%,報6.12港元,總市值903億港元。萬洲國際罷免主席萬隆兒子萬洪建執董職務後,萬洪建上週發文指斥萬隆在多項交易無申報利益,也質疑新任行政總裁郭麗軍非最佳人選,引發萬洲國際(0288.HK)上週急跌,其股價上週三、四兩日累跌約17%。萬洲國際於今天發佈長7頁通吿,5點反駁萬洪建指控,包括否認萬洪建在雙匯發展重組時,私收並出售2億美元股份等。
