火巖控股(01909.HK)上半年純利2.72億港元 同比增長28.34%
格隆匯8月23日丨火巖控股(01909.HK)發佈公吿，截至2021年6月30日止六個月，集團收入增至約4.971億港元，增幅為約58.1%；毛利增至約3.989億港元，增幅為約35.3%；公司擁有人應占期內利潤增至約2.72億港元，增幅為約28.34%；基本及攤薄每股盈利7.08港仙。
報吿期內，收入增加主要由於公司於報吿期內完成重大收購事項後計入德成國際及其附屬公司的收入及集團多款暢銷遊戲的穩定表現，包括《捕魚大亂鬥》系列、《零食大亂鬥》系列、《皇家大亨》系列及《星戰紀》系列等多款遊戲系列所致。報吿期內，集團繼續發揮於網絡遊戲的研發優勢，秉持精雕細琢的開發理念，專注於優質精品遊戲的開發，立項研發了新的移動設備遊戲，並與報吿期內商業化推出了兩款自研遊戲系列產品，取得了令人滿意的業績。此外，集團持續優化更新現有遊戲產品，着重加大投入，不斷推出迭代版本，以提升玩家的遊戲體驗，延長遊戲產品的生命期，穩定集團的收入來源。
報吿期內，集團於遊戲發行及營運業務方面取得了斐然業績。於今年2月集團完成了收購德成國際100%股權事項。德成國際主要在中國從事網絡遊戲營運服務，其所屬附屬公司為公司其中一名授權營運商，分銷了包括公司自主研發的多款優秀網絡遊戲產品。對德成國際的成功收購進一步提升了集團的主營業務收入的穩定性和多元性；並整合及協同已收購業務於網上市場營銷推廣專業技術、豐富經驗專家和管理團隊、及現有遊戲玩家等資源，並以此為契機，加強了對分銷渠道的控制、降低對遊戲授權營運商的依賴、藉集多種資源提升綜合競爭力及抗風險能力，不斷提升集團行業地位。此外，集團繼續在海外擴大了遊戲自主營運業務，海外市場收益不斷攀升。
截至2021年6月30日止，集團自主及代理第三方發行或由授權營運商以商業化方式推出且仍在運營的遊戲系列累計為23款，其中：自主研發且仍在運營的遊戲系列累計為12款；代理髮行且仍在運營的遊戲系列累計為11款。截至2021年6月30日止，集團在研的遊戲系列產品為9款。
