同道獵聘(06100.HK)公佈中期業績 純利增加57.1% 為個人用户提供人才發展服務收益大增297.2%
格隆匯8月20日丨同道獵聘(06100.HK)發佈公吿，截至2021年6月30日止六個月，公司主要來自向公司的企業客户提供人才獲取及其他人力資源服務以及向個人用户提供人才發展服務的收益為人民幣12億元，同比增加48.3%；毛利為人民幣9.54億元，同比增加47.6%；公司擁有人應占純利為人民幣5340萬元，同比增加57.1%。
截至2021年6月30日止六個月的公司非通用會計準則經營溢利（不包括以股份為基礎的酬金開支及收購導致的無形資產攤銷）為人民幣1.665億元，同比增加45.5%。
作為專注於中高端人才獲取服務的中國線上人才服務平台先驅，公司於2021年上半年實現強勁增長。截至2021年6月30日止六個月，為企業用户提供人才獲取服務及其他人力資源服務所得收益為人民幣10.235億元，同比增長34.2%。公司的驗證企業用户及企業客户數目分別由2020年6月30日的625,546名及53,046名大幅增加至2021年6月30日的881,560名及66,238名，同比增長分別40.9%及24.9%。
2021年上半年，公司憑藉全面的人才發展服務（包括職業諮詢、證書培訓等）讓線上平台的個人用户流量穩定增長，更於2021年6月創下歷史新高。截至2021年6月30日止六個月，為個人用户提供人才發展服務所賺取的收益為人民幣1.74億元，同比增加297.2%。註冊個人用户數由2020年6月30日的5920萬增加至2021年6月30日的6850萬，同比增長15.7%。
公司的線上調研服務仍佔據人才招聘市場領先地位。截至2021年6月底，公司累計發出超過1.2億份問卷，收集近100億份樣本。廣大用户羣及高使用頻率主要是由於產品優勢以及使用線上調研工具日漸普及。憑藉該等有利條件，公司於2021年上半年更深入發展SaaS業務，對所收集的回饋進行更透徹的分析，並深入參與客户的業務。公司持續整合系統及集中管理，以促進業務的健康及可持續發展。
2021年上半年的強勁表現為2021年全年業績奠定穩健基礎。中國企業數字化進程的加快引領線上招聘市場的不斷髮展，經濟反彈為公司創造了有利機會，使公司能快速獲取更多市場份額並刺激增長。
