新明中國(02699.HK)預計上半年虧損增加約3億元
格隆匯8月20日丨新明中國(02699.HK)公佈,預期集團截至2021年6月30日止六個月與2020年同期錄得公司擁有人應占虧損約人民幣7160萬元相比將錄得大幅增加約人民幣3億元或約320%的虧損。
該預期虧損主要是因為(1)其他開支增大主要是根據合約條約若干違約借款在該期間相關的利息罰款及貸款違約款項收取的罰款撥備約人民幣2.07億元;(2)受新型冠狀病毒(COVID-19)肆虐影響,房產市場需求減弱,銷售較2020年同期減少約人民幣6520萬元所致;及(3)若干發展物業減值約人民幣6540萬元。
