中國宏橋(01378.HK)建議將法定股本增加至2億美元
格隆匯8月20日丨中國宏橋(01378.HK)宣佈,王雨婷女士由2021年8月20日起,獲委任為執行董事。
董事會建議通過增設100億股普通股,將公司的法定股本由1億美元分為100億股普通股增加至2億美元分為200億股普通股,該等普通股於發行時於各方面均與公司現有普通股享有同等權益。建議增加法定股本將使公司能夠容納相關持有人可能轉換公司尚未發行的可換股債券,並使公司於未來必要時透過配發及發行股份籌集資金時具有更大的靈活性。
