川控股(01420.HK)預計上半年盈利約42.2萬坡元 同比扭虧
格隆匯8月20日丨川控股(01420.HK)公佈,集團預計截至2021年6月30日止六個月錄得純利約42.2萬新加坡元,較去年同期錄得虧損淨額約720萬新加坡元有大幅改善,增幅為105.9%。
轉虧為盈乃主要由於以下合併因素所致:(i)由於新加坡政府所實施的阻斷措施獲解除後建築活動分階段復甦,集團的收益增加約890萬新加坡元或27.2%;(ii)新加坡政府提供補助81萬新加坡元,以減輕新冠肺炎疫情期間的財務負擔;及(iii)由於集團於中期期間收回壞賬而導致截至2020年12月31日所確認的應收款項及合約資產的減值虧損回撥。
