晶科科技(601778.SH)：上半年實現營收約17.81億元 擬10派0.1721元
格隆匯8月19日丨晶科科技(601778.SH)公佈2021年半年度報吿，公司上半年實現營業收入約17.81億元，同比增長2.62%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤約1.70億元；歸屬於上市公司股東的扣除非經常性損益的淨利潤約1.03億元；基本每股收益0.06元。擬向全體股東每10股派發現金紅利0.1721元(含税)。
報吿期內，公司根據年初制定的發展戰略，圍繞“重開發、精工程、謀合作、優結構”的業務策略，有序推進電站開發建設、運營管理、電站EPC業務的開展，以“整縣推進”為契機，聚焦户用光伏市場，同時探索佈局光伏建築一體化(BIPV)、儲能等新興業務。2021年1-6月，公司實現營業收入17.81億元，同比增長2.62%，其中發電相關業務收入13.72億元；EPC業務收入4.08億元，同比增長33.28%。
根據年初“輕資產”運營戰略，報吿期內公司加速獨立電站運維業務，儲備並跟進多個運維項目資源，通過公司在電站智能運維領域的多年積累和市場口碑，對外代維規模進一步提升。截至2021年6月末，公司對外代維規模約1.88GW，2021年1-6月實現運維收入4075.89萬元，較上年同期增長92.39%，初步實現市場化獨立運作。
報吿期內，公司積極開拓面向工商業客户的綜合能源服務，並圍繞儲能、光伏建築一體化(BIPV)等新興業務進行佈局。以分佈式項目合作為抓手，大力推動業務創新，和鋼構龍頭美聯鋼結構建築系統(上海)股份有限公司、支架龍頭江蘇中信博新能源科技股份有限公司的全資子公司中信博電力開發(蘇州)有限公司簽訂戰略合作，共同在光伏建築一體化(BIPV)產品開發和市場應用等領域開展業務探索。
綜合能源服務方面，公司克服了因春節前後企業生產原因導致的交易量不足等困難，推進綜合能源團隊建設形成業務閉環。推動峯谷價差精準服務，為客户量身定製用電方案，不斷探索新的交易與服務模式，提升度電利潤。2021年1-6月，公司完成簽約電量24.2億千瓦時，簽約客户1162家，新增客户663家，新增佈局山東、四川和安徽省份並開展交易，現已覆蓋五省35個地市。
