據報海底撈(06862.HK)逐步推廣後廚可視化管理
據內地傳媒報道,針對火鍋企業食安問題頻現,海底撈(06862.HK)引入後廚5S可視化管理模式,首批已在鄭州5家門店和北京6家門店推廣,而海底撈質量安全總監郭雙喜透露,正逐步推廣相關模式。
另外公司在門店庫房管理改造中引入「食品規劃收納師」,對倉儲空間進行重新規劃,改善食品物資在庫房內的周轉率,保障食品物資倉儲安全性。據悉,首批經過改造的11家門店,2020年均無物料過期事件發生。
