德視佳(01846.HK)公佈中期業績 經調整淨利大增345.5% 將加快開設衞星診所
格隆匯8月18日丨德視佳(01846.HK)發佈公吿，截至2021年6月30日止6個月，公司收益3.2億港元，同比增長69.3%；毛利1.6億港元，同比增長111.4%；經調整毛利率為約51.1%，（2020年：40.0%；2019年：44.7%）；期間溢利6558萬港元，同比增長293.2%；經調整期內税後淨利7457.5萬港元，同比增長345.5%。
截至2021年6月30日止6個月的經調整毛利率為51.1%，較2020年同期增加了11.1個百分點。毛利及毛利率增加主要由於(i)集團完成的眼科手術總數（尤其是晶體手術）錄得強勁增長，以及(ii)集團現有診所的產能利用率有所提升。
截至2021年6月30日止6個月，集團於德國的收益為約2.02億港元，分別較2020年及2019年同期增加約55.7%及55.1%，佔總收益約63.1%。集團于丹麥的收益為約4140萬港元，分別較2020年及2019年同期增加約80.4%及74.9%，佔總收益約12.9%。集團於中國的收益為約7670萬港元，分別較2020年及2019年同期增加約110.6%及45.9%，佔總收益約24.0%。
於2021年上半年，集團繼續實行特色晶體手術（包括後房型人工晶體(ICL)植入術及先進晶體置換手術）的差異化策略，其繼續為集團的主要收入來源，截至2021年6月30日止6個月合共佔總手術收益的約66.7%（2020年：61.5%；2019年：60.7%）。
公司表示，集團繼續採取其策略，以維持集團未來的業務迅速及可持續地發展。具體而言，集團將專注於以下業務策略：為進一步提高集團現有手術中心的使用率，本集團計劃於兩年內開設10個衞星診所。衞星診所為不設手術室的諮詢中心。新衞星診所將提供檢查和非手術治療業務，如有需要，患者會被安排到就近的手術中心接受手術。集團擁有經營衞星診所的豐富經驗。於2021年6月30日，公司在德國（包括但不限於呂貝克、德累斯頓、奧格斯堡）擁有5個衞星診所，在丹麥（包括海寧及埃斯比約）擁有2個衞星診所。
集團一直尋求收購高質量的屈光手術診所的機會，以擴大其歐洲業務，同時吸納優秀的外科醫生。然而，受到COVID-19疫情的影響，集團擴展步伐受到影響。集團仍在繼續推進這一重要發展戰略，並希望在疫情緩解後加快進展。
