凱撒旅業(000796.SZ)：開展新產品“覓小椰”試飲活動及建立“投資者俱樂部”
格隆匯8月18日丨凱撒旅業(000796.SZ)公佈，自2020年，公司持續探索業務模式轉型，順應新消費業態的崛起，打造以用户為中心的本地休閒生活場景和品質生活方式，重點利用C端為流量入口，搭建高頻消費場景，積極探索新零售模式。同時隨着2021年公司落地三亞，持續深耕海南的戰略，公司特別選取極具海南風味代表的椰子作為原料，於2021年7月面向零售端重磅推出新品椰汁飲品—“覓小椰”，主打健康、生態、年輕，加速公司旗下新零售板塊的轉型創新，全面吹響進軍新消費市場的號角。
覓小椰由公司旗下主攻星級航空公司“機供”飲料產品的海旅飲品(872009)生產，與市面上多數椰汁飲品採取椰肉榨汁不同的是，全新上線的覓小椰不僅採用新鮮椰肉榨汁，還添加了含量超過10%的椰子水。同時新款椰汁在配方上進行了改良、升級，使得口感更純正，營養更豐富。
為了積極貫徹落實中國證監會發布的《上市公司投資者關係管理指引》，加強與投資者之間的溝通，公司近期在社羣經濟生態平台鐺鐺社交APP上建立了“凱撒旅業投資者俱樂部”公眾圈,投資者可自願加入並關注。公司將依託“凱撒旅業投資者俱樂部”公眾圈，開展各類高管互動活動，並通過圖文、直播、短視頻等多種形式向投資者展現公司亮點、運營情況及公司前景，同時新增聽取投資者意見與建議的渠道，保護投資者的合法權益。
覓小椰作為公司首款面向零售端的飲品，仍在不斷探索與改進，歡迎廣大投資者廣提建議，公司將不斷打磨並更新迭代，使公司新產品精益求精。鑑於此，公司決定通過 “凱撒旅業投資者俱樂部”向全體股東開展覓小椰試飲活動，並徵集對公司產品試用後的意見或建議。目前公司“0 蔗糖款覓小椰”已在緊鑼密鼓的研發中，後續公司將不定期的面向股東開展新品試飲活動，歡迎各位投資者持續關注。
截止2021年8月4日(公司2021年第一次臨時股東大會股權登記日)下午收市在中國證券登記結算有限責任公司深圳分公司登記在冊的持有公司股份的股東，每位股東可以申領公司免費贈送的覓小椰一箱(規格245ML*8盒)。
股東試用後，如果對新產品有任何意見或建議，可通過公司微信公眾號“覓小椰”,在公眾號對話框裏留言。公司將彙總每位股東的反饋意見，並根據股東的合理化建議改進產品。
