萊蒙國際(03688.HK)預計中期由虧轉盈不超1億港元
格隆匯8月16日丨萊蒙國際(03688.HK)發佈公吿,預期與上年同期淨虧損約2.35億港元相比,公司於截至2021年6月30日止六個月將錄得純利不多於約1億港元。期間的業績轉好乃主要由於(i)出售持有位於新界元朗十八鄉路及大棠路的地塊的土地使用權的兩間附屬公司各自 50%已發行股本(其已於該期間結束前完成)及餘下50%權益的公允價值增益,產生除税後收益淨額約2.5億港元;及(ii)收回若干已減值應收款項及違約金約1.9億港元所致。然而,該期間純利將被香港特區政府收回位於元朗唐人新村的地塊產生的減值撥備約3.1億港元部分抵銷。
