雅生活服務(03319.HK)中期純利增長50.7%至11.42億元 在管面積已達4.6億平方米
格隆匯8月16日丨雅生活服務(03319.HK)發佈公吿,截至2021年6月30日止6個月,公司收入62.47億元人民幣,同比增長56.1%;毛利18.74億元,同比增長46.9%;公司股東應占淨利潤11.42億元,同比增長50.7%;每股基本盈利0.85元。
於2021年6月30日,集團的現金及現金等價物為人民幣82億元,較2020年12月31日增加人民幣31.4億元,增長62.1%。截至2021年6月30日止,資本負債比率為0.5%。
期內,集團四大業務所貢獻的收入如下:(i)物業管理服務收入較去年同期增長51.8%至人民幣39.77億元;(ii)外延增值服務收入較去年同期增長35.9%至人民幣13億元;(iii)業主增值服務收入較去年同期增長91.0%至人民幣8.1億元;及(iv)城市服務收入達人民幣1.6億元。
截至2021年6月30日止,集團總在管面積為424.2百萬平方米,較2020年12月31日止的374.8百萬平方米增加49.4百萬平方米,增長率為13.2%。該增長主要來源於:(i)集團繼續接管雅居樂集團開發的項目,期內新增在管面積為4.5百萬平方米;(ii)來自綠地控股的項目期內新增在管面積為3.1百萬平方米;(iii)來自第三方項目貢獻的新增在管面積41.7百萬平方米,其中包括第三方外拓項目期內轉化的新增在管面積23.5百萬平方米,新中民物業併入的42.6百萬平方米,並剔除出售蘭州城關物業服務集團有限公司24.4百萬平方米的在管面積。
此外,期後集團收購山東宏泰物業發展有限公司的股權,如包含山東宏泰貢獻的在管面積,集團在管面積合計已達4.6億平方米。
期內,集團在管項目達到3,601個,覆蓋全國31個省,直轄市和自治區,以及199個城市。截至2021年6月30日止,集團在管項目面積按照區域劃分,其中38.2%位於長三角城市羣,23.4%位於粵港澳大灣區,9.4%位於成渝城市羣,其餘分佈於中國其他區域。
