金能科技(603113.SH)：與青島董家口發展集團等簽署戰略合作框架協議 加強氫能綜合利用方面的深度合作
格隆匯8月16日丨金能科技(603113.SH)公佈，公司全資子公司西海岸金能投資有限公司之全資子公司金能化學(青島)有限公司(“金能化學”)本次簽署的《戰略合作框架協議》為協議各方確定合作意願的約定性文件。
氫能產業近年來在我國獲得了前所未有的關注，從早期的推廣階段，到2019年首次被政府報吿提及，再到“十四五”規劃中首次出現在“五年規劃”中，氫能源行業的政策發展實現了“從無到有”的快速變化。根據《“十四五”規劃和2035 年遠景目標綱要》，未來將要實施氫能產業孵化與加速計劃，謀劃佈局一批氫能產業。
為積極響應國家“碳達峯”、“碳中和”政策和氫能發展戰略，青島市於2020年12 月發佈《青島市氫能產業發展規劃(2020-2030 年)》，確定了氫能產業發展目標體系，提出技術研發、供應體系、推廣應用和產業規模等4 大類具體指標，制定2022 年、2025 年、2030 年的預期發展目標；明確全產業鏈發展路徑，圍繞打造“東方氫島”謀劃了一系列重點項目。
西海岸新區高度重視氫能產業發展，已率先開啟氫能公交示範運營模式，並計劃至2035年底全區建設加氫站25座。
甲方：青島董家口經濟區管理委員會，乙方： 金能化學(青島)有限公司，丙方：青島董家口發展集團有限公司；
甲、乙、丙三方發揮各自優勢，加強氫能綜合利用方面的深度合作，對乙方生產的工業副氫進行提純、壓縮、儲運、充裝，全面配套氫能交通產業發展，逐步擴大氫能應用領域，進一步延伸化工產業鏈，提升工業副氫附加價值。
公司作為A股上市公司、國內的知名的新材料、新能源企業，具有完備的上下游產業鏈、暢通的進出口渠道、龐大的業務流量、雄厚的資金實力，產業優勢顯著，為順應國家“碳達峯”、“碳中和”戰略要求，積極發展低碳新能源產業。發展綠色低碳經濟，進一步增厚公司業績，助力公司可持續發展。
金能化學此次與青島董家口經濟區管理委員會、青島董家口發展集團有限公司簽訂的戰略合作框架協議，符合公司發展戰略的需求，有利於公司構建新的業務增長點，有助於公司競爭實力的進一步提升，不存在損害公司及股東利益的情形。
