北京健康(02389.HK):預計中期淨虧收窄85%
格隆匯8月16日丨北京健康(02389.HK)發佈公吿,預期集團截至2021年6月30日止期間的公司擁有人應占虧損較2020年同期減少約85%。
公吿表示,虧損減少主要由於集團的業務續漸回覆至疫情前水平,銷售收入同比增加約1400萬港元;去年同期因出售北京昌平物業而錄得出售虧損約3677萬港元,而該期間並無相類同的資產出售虧損;及由於人民幣及加元升值,該期間錄得匯兑收益約830萬港元,而去年同期則錄得滙兑虧損約2015萬港元。
