格隆匯8月16日丨中國建築興業(0830.HK)大幅拉昇漲超8%,報1.85港元欲突破近期高點,暫成交1069萬港元,總市值40億港元。中國建築興業午間公佈截至今年6月底止中期業績,營業額27.03億港元,按年升37.9%。純利2.26億港元,按年升45.7%;每股盈利10.48仙。派中期息3仙,上年同期不派息。公司進一步深耕港澳市場,穩健參與中國內地市場競爭,審慎拓展北美、澳洲、英國和亞太地區等其他海外市場。
