興發集團(600141.SH)：與深圳先進院簽訂戰略合作框架協議 涉及磷酸鐵鋰製備技術開發、光伏膠製備及應用技術開發等等
格隆匯8月15日丨興發集團(600141.SH)公佈，2021年8月15日，公司與中國科學院深圳先進技術研究院(“深圳先進院”)簽訂了《戰略合作框架協議》。
雙方決定在戰略新興材料開發和甲方產品高端化、功能化、定製化開發等領域開展合作，堅持以項目為載體，推動項目研發的全週期合作。重點合作項目包括：
(1)黑磷單體制備放大及下游應用技術研究。一是實現黑磷原材料的噸級製備，並在1-2個核心方向上實現黑磷的大規模應用；二是圍繞興發集團產業開展黑磷相關技術佈局，推動產業升值。
(2)磷酸鐵鋰製備技術開發。一是1年內完成磷酸鐵中試生產線搭建，形成完整的工藝技術包，同時搭建電池中試軟包檢測線；二是2年內完成磷酸鐵鋰中試生產線搭建，形成完整的工藝技術包；三是同步探索耐低温磷酸鐵鋰的工藝路線。
(3)光伏膠製備及應用技術開發。一是完成有機硅光伏組件密封材料的配方開發，並實現萬噸級產線的運行生產，確保產品各項性能指標達到業內領先水準；二是開發出有機硅光伏組件封裝劑以替代傳統的EVA背膜，實現下一代光伏封裝技術，推動光伏產業升級。
(4)新型高效催化劑製備技術開發。一是開發可降解材料用催化劑的制備技術，力爭通過2-3年時間實現技術突破；二是圍繞現有加氫產業大量應用的進口催化劑開展技術攻關，力爭實現國產化替代。
(5)氣凝膠產業化及下游應用技術開發。一是根據500L放大實驗情況，完善以水玻璃為原料、常壓制備氣凝膠粉體的工藝技術方案，形成完整的工業化裝置建設方案；二是繼續開展氣凝膠粉體下游應用技術開發，明確1-2個可大量使用氣凝膠粉體的領域，實現氣凝膠的工業化應用。
(6)有機硅體系智能微膠囊製備及下游應用技術開發。一是完成有機硅改性聚氨酯微膠囊殼材體系建立，並確保其能適用於多種應用場景；二是針對紡織、電子級熱管理、電子顯示等多個領域，開發相應的微膠囊產品，並達到行業領先水平。
此協議的簽訂有利於公司依託深圳先進院的技術研發優勢，提升產品研發和科技創新能力，加快推動公司在化工新材料及新能源產業的發展佈局，積極搶佔行業制高點，有效助力公司高質量發展。
除黑磷、氣凝膠外，公司暫無該協議提及的其他相關產品或技術，目前尚處於技術探索階段，未來能否按照本協議約定的時間進度取得技術突破並形成商業化成果具有不確定性，能否給公司帶來收益具有不確定性。截至目前，黑磷和氣凝膠尚處於中試放大階段，尚不具備商業化條件，尚未在公司合並報表層面形成收入和利潤。
