金山工業(00040.HK)：GP工業集團首季營業額升15.8%至3.02億坡元
格隆匯8月13日丨金山工業(00040.HK)公佈，於2021年8月13日，公司擁有85.59%權益的附屬公司GP工業有限公司("GP工業")，連同其附屬公司合稱為"GP工業集團")於新加坡交易所股票交易有限公司網站公佈其銷售表現，以及在新冠疫情影響下，GP工業集團截至2021年6月30日止三個月("該年度首季")的業務近況。
GP工業集團於該年度首季銷售表現回
顧儘管新冠肺炎疫情導致物料供應及全球物流中斷，造成巨大挑戰，GP工業集團於年度首季的營業額仍錄得3.016億坡元，較截至2020年6月30日止三個月的營業額上升15.8%。
電池業務營業額增加7.9%，主要由於一次性電池銷售錄得8.7%增長。電子產品及揚聲器業務營業額大幅上升61.8%，顯示市場對揚聲器需求強勁回升。KEF於上年度推出之新產品在歐美市場反應熱烈，銷售增加81.5%。Celestion專業揚聲器單元及品牌代工專業揚聲器產品之銷售亦分別上升53.0%及36.0%。
GP工業於2021年5月31日達成有條件協議，出售汽車配線業務，建議出售所得款項將強化GP工業集團現金流及作為核心業務營運資金。建議出售預期於2021年9月30日完成。
新冠疫情於該年度首季對GP工業集團業務的影響
由於變種新冠疫情進一步擴散，即使部份已發展國家已達致高疫苗注射率，全球受感染個案仍然高企，令環球經濟復甦持續不明朗。於該年度首季，儘管各國均有短暫封城、社交距離及不斷變更的出行限制，GP工業集團仍能在遵守各地安全管理措施下，繼續優化其生產設施。於該年度首季，GP工業集團於中國及越南的工廠維持正常運作，泰國工廠亦已復產，並於本年6月開始生產品牌代工專業揚聲器產品。GP工業集團於歐洲、南北美洲、亞太區及大中華地區的區域銷售辦事處均正常營運。
馬來西亞政府於本年度首季推行多項疫情控制措施，令GP工業集團設於當地的工廠須按要求減產，但GP工業集團已重組其他地區工廠的產能以作支援。
GP工業董事局預期新冠肺炎的發展及各國採取的防疫措施均有可能對其業務造成影響。GP工業集團將在遵守政府疫情防控措施的情況下，繼續保持警覺、致力提升營業額、調控營運及嚴管開支。
停止自願性季度業績公佈
GP工業將停止第一和第三財政季度的自願性業績公佈。然而，監於營商環境瞬息萬變，GP工業將在有任何關於GP工業集團或GP工業重大發展需要根據新加坡交易所股票交易有限公司上市手冊規定的責任作出披露時，自願及時向其股東提供業務近況。
