《大行報告》摩通下調建業新生活(09983.HK)目標價至7.1元 評級「中性」
摩根大通發表研究報告指,建業新生活(09983.HK)上半年核心淨利潤按年增長42%,較預測低2%,盈利結構有所改善,來自物業管理及社區增值服務的收入貢獻由去年底的39%提升至46%,但仍低於行業平均水平。
報告提到,公司僅完成全年新增管理面積目標約33%,考慮到第三方項目及收併購市場競爭加劇,投資者或擔心物管商未能達成全年目標,因此目標價由8.1元下調至7.1元,維持「中性」評級。
