北京市嚴查樓市違規行爲 暫停新城控股(601155.SH)熙紅印項目網籤
據《21世紀經濟報道》報道,北京市住建委就嚴格落實住建部等8部門《關於持續整治規範房地產市場秩序的通知》公告實際進展表示,三個房地產項目被責令整改,並啓動立案調查程序,由於新城控股(601155.SH)旗下鴻熙華庭嘉苑項目(新城熙紅印)問題嚴重,立即暫停網上籤約。
經查,北京新城鴻熙房地產開發有限公司開發建設的大興區鴻熙華庭嘉苑項目(新城熙紅印),在銷售過程中存在售樓處樣板間展示與項目實際不符、違規宣傳贈送面積、未留存部分購房人住房限購資料,以及現場公示資料不全等問題。(ta/u) ~
