日科化學(300214.SZ):擬使用額度不超2.8億元閒置募集資金進行現金管理
格隆匯8月11日丨日科化學(300214.SZ)公佈,公司於2021年8月10日召開第四屆董事會第十七次會議,審議通過了《關於使用閒置募集資金進行現金管理的議案》,同意公司在保證不影響募投項目建設及確保資金安全的情況下,使用額度不超過人民幣2.8億元的閒置募集資金進行現金管理,期限為自股東大會審議通過之日起不超過12個月。在上述額度及期限內,資金可以滾動使用,董事會授權公司經營管理層行使決策權,公司財務部負責具體組織實施。
