東方通(300379.SZ)：與中移資本、中國移動共同簽署戰略合作備忘錄
格隆匯8月11日丨東方通(300379.SZ)公佈，公司於2021年8月11日召開第四屆董事會第十九次會議、第四屆監事會第十七次會議，審議通過了《關於公司與中國移動通信集團有限公司、中移資本控股有限責任公司簽署戰略合作備忘錄的議案》。
中移資本控股有限責任公司(“中移資本”)是中國移動通信集團有限公司(“中國移動”)下屬的全資產業投資機構，負責圍繞中國移動發展戰略、依託中國移動產業資源開展股權投資，增強中國移動在產業鏈上下遊的競爭力。
根據目前公司向特定對象發行A股股票事項的進展需要，為進一步加深戰略合作伙伴關係，推動公司與本次發行認購對象中移資本母公司中國移動間的戰略合作，基於公司與中移資本雙方的戰略合作協議，公司與中移資本、中國移動共同簽署了《戰略合作備忘錄》，用以明確協同目標，規劃協同舉措，匹配戰略資源，牽引各方進一步細化落實戰略協議，達成協同效果。
甲方為中國移動，乙方為中移資本，丙方為東方通，主要內容如下：
整體協同方案及目標
甲丙雙方通過解決方案、技術研發、組織機構融合協同，共拓市場、聯合創新、合作共贏，促進雙方業務與能力的雙提升。同時，積極支撐國家戰略落地，為科技自立自強、打好關鍵核心技術攻堅戰、推動全產業鏈優化升級做出貢獻。
業務互補方面，甲丙雙方在市場開拓、技術研發協同、發展戰略協同等各自優勢領域，優先採用並銷售對方產品和服務，並提供最高等級的價格優惠和定製化服務保障。
市場開拓方面，依託甲丙雙方強大的品牌美譽度、渠道體系和丙方完整的“數據+”、“安全+”、“智慧+”等解決方案與產品能力，強強聯合，優勢互補，整合營銷，共同為客户提供豐富的產品與服務，擴大市場銷售規模。 產品和解決方案研發方面，甲丙雙方在中間件、信息安全、網絡安全、數據安全、網管、DICT 行業數字化轉型解決方案、智慧應急、自然資源、智慧法院、智慧校園、百年黨建、工業互聯網等領域，共同規劃產品創新和迭代路線，聯合推動解決方案完善升級，提升產品與服務的競爭力，促進應用創新。
技術研發協同方面，甲丙雙方利用各自在大數據、雲計算、5G、人工智能、物聯網、大安全、信創以及行業數字化轉型基礎數據中台和行業級業務應用中台等方面豐富的技術儲備，聯合開展基礎性、前瞻性研究，共同推動創新技術的突破與應用。
甲丙雙方(包括所屬各部門和分子公司)作為各自領域的頭部企業，以業務協同為基礎，以股權合作為紐帶，本着開放、誠懇、務實的合作精神，互為客户、互為渠道、聯合創新、共拓市場、合作共贏，在2022-2024 三年戰略協議期內，在產品質量、服務、技術、價格等具有市場競爭力的前提下，基於市場化原則共同推動業務落地，通過戰略合作力爭促進：
甲方在上述戰略合作期內為丙方帶來新增合同(含訂單)總金額累計不低於20億元人民幣。
