協創數據(300857.SZ)業績快報：半年度淨利潤升9.7%至6923萬元
格隆匯8月11日丨協創數據(300857.SZ)發佈2021年半年度業績快報，實現營業總收入14.92億元，同比增長48.56%；營業利潤7557.61萬元，同比增長28.53%；利潤總額7559.11萬元，同比增長6.21%；歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤6923萬元，同比增長9.70%；基本每股收益0.34元。
影響經營業績的主要因素為： 1.報吿期內，公司營業收入較上年同期同比增長 48.56%：主要系海外客户的銷售量上升，外銷業務增長所致。產品方面，受益於智能攝像機和智能門鈴在國內與海外多種家庭應用場景的延伸，再加上端側人工智能技術的賦能和雲上算法的加持，智能攝像機和智能門鈴已成為新時代智慧家庭與智能家居的一個重要組成部分。並且，數據已經成為數字化時代的重要能源，物聯網、圖像、視頻等海量數據的存儲與運算都需要較大的存儲空間，普通消費者對於本地數據存儲的需求也會隨之日益增長，加上公司團隊的快速應變能力和規模生產優勢，不斷擴展產品品類，從而實現銷售收入較快增長；同時上年同期受新冠疫情的影響，營業收入基數較小；而今年公司穩步推進生產經營工作，公司各業務板塊需求增加，較上年同期有較大幅度增長。
2.今年上半年，人民幣兑美元匯率的快速升值，對公司的盈利水平造成一定的影響，公司已積極採取系列措施進行應對。
公司未來將通過調整產品銷售價格、產品銷售結構、推動企業內部降本增效、策略性採購安排等一系列措施持續消化成本上升壓力；通過簽訂部分遠期外匯合約等措施來降低外匯波動風險。
3.報吿期內，公司新增加東莞塘廈生產基地，相應增加管理人員及倉儲面積等投入，因前期尚未形成規模生產，導致管理費用較上年有所增加；同時公司加大研發投入，主要系在無線通信方面增加了智能穿戴產品基於藍牙傳輸、傳感器和算法投入，智能家居方面增加了掃地機器人產品加大在清潔結構、傳動結構與控制，基於視頻和激光雷達的地圖繪製算法投入，以及雲視頻和雲遊戲產品軟硬件開發投入，導致研發費用較上年有所增加；政府補助影響數同比變化較大，報吿期內確認政府補助844.04萬元，較上年同期的1832.17萬元，減少988.13萬元。綜上所述，導致歸屬於上市公司股東的淨利潤較上年同期增長9.70%，低於營業收入的增幅。
