金龍羽(002882.SZ)：與錦添翼簽署共同開發固態電池相關技術及產業化的框架協議
格隆匯8月11日丨金龍羽(002882.SZ)公佈，經公司全資子公司惠州市金龍羽電纜實業發展有限公司(“電纜實業”)與錦添翼協商決定，於2021年8月6日在深圳市簽訂了《關於共同開發固態電池相關技術及產業化的框架協議》，電纜實業擬在五年內投入不超過3億元人民幣與錦添翼共同進行固態電池及其關鍵材料相關技術的研究開發，並推動研究成果產業化。
錦添翼公司目前為李新祿教授一人公司，今後將改造為李新祿團隊核心成員的持股平台。本次合作其團隊核心人員除李新祿教授外將與電纜實業簽署《勞動合同》，成為電纜實業的正式員工，並將與公司簽署《保密協議》及《競業限制協議》，雙方成立合資公司後核心人員將與合資公司簽署《勞動合同》成為合資公司員工。李新祿先生及其團隊由長期從事鋰電池領域的研究開發的專業人士組成，在鋰離子電池領域積累了20 多年的研究基礎，其團隊豐富的行業研究經驗，能夠使合作開發工作持續推進。
李新祿及其研究團隊由長期從事鋰電池領域的研究開發的專業人士組成，均具有行業內豐富的研究經驗，並擬持續對固態電池及其關鍵材料的研發及產業化進行研究開發，錦添翼今後將成為核心團隊的持股平台。李新祿及其研究團隊在鋰離子電池領域積累了 20 多年的研究基礎，已成功掌握了氧化物固態電解質的宏量製備、硅碳負極材料的批量化生產、固態電芯的原位集成等研究成果。
該協議主要是約定公司建立固態電池及關鍵材料技術研究和產業化研究研發中心，李新祿團隊核心技術人員加盟本公司公司進行研究開發，取得的知識產權共享，取得研究開發成果可產業化或核算盈利時，公司與李新祿核心技術人員的持股平台-錦添翼公司成立合資公司，將研究開發成果和已形成的有形資產以出資方式投入合資公司。李新祿核心技術團隊相關人員與合資公司簽署《勞動合同》成為合資公司員工等進行約定，對雙方行為進行約束，自本協議生效之日起雙方均需遵照執行。如另行簽署補充協議或需要設立合資公司時，公司將另行審議並披露具體的信息。
雙方計劃在固態電解質、硅碳負極材料、正極材料、固態電芯等方面開展技術開發及產業化研究，合作初期將以固態電池關鍵材料的中試生產為介入點，同時兼顧其他方面的技術研究，並逐步展開前述項目的小試、中試研究。
