港股異動 | 越秀交通基建(1052.HK)大漲13% 中期派息創下歷史新高
格隆匯8月11日丨越秀交通基建(1052.HK)跳空高開,現漲幅擴大至13%,報4.67港元,暫成交1194萬港元,總市值78億港元。越秀交通基建10日公佈,上半年錄得收入上升118.2%至約18.31億元,營運盈利上升441.1%至約10.71億元;公司股東應占盈利為人民幣約4.67億元。董事會議決宣派2021年中期股息每股0.20港元,此次中期派息創下了歷史新高。另外,公司正積極開展以其部份穩定收益公路資產分拆於內地以公募REITs上市的相關工作。
