聯創股份(300343.SZ)：目前公司產品R142b價格漲幅已經巨大
格隆匯8月10日丨聯創股份(300343.SZ)發佈股票交易異常波動公吿，2021年6月30日-7月30日期間，公司股價累計漲幅292.24%。同期，創業板綜指數累計漲幅1.74%，公司所處“化工行業”指數累計漲幅8.79%。公司基本面未發生重大變化，股價短期內漲幅較大，可能存在二級市場炒作風險。資本市場是受多方面因素影響的市場，公司股票價格可能受到宏觀經濟形勢、公司生產經營情況、金融市場流動性、資本市場氛圍、投資者心理等多元因素影響，對此公司提醒廣大投資者注意交易風險，審慎決策、理性投資。
近期市場對鋰電池用PVDF關注度較高，公司新建聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)項目一期建設產能3000噸/年尚未投產。2021年7月30日，公司披露了《關於投資建設新項目的公吿》，擬投資建設6000噸/年PVDF 及配套11000噸/年HCFC-142b聯產30000噸/年 HFC-152a 改建項目。截止公吿日，該改建項目尚處於項目立項階段。項目建設需經過項目立項、環評、安評等相關手續的審批，試生產尚需辦理安全驗收等相關手續。存在因項目手續辦理、技術施工方案調整等因素影響導致項目達產日期延期的風險。PVDF作為公司的新產品，產品質量受多種因素影響，投產初期無法達到鋰電級技術標準，技術指標達標時間不確定。目前公司沒有在手訂單或意向訂單，存在效益不及預期的風險。
化學品為週期性產品，價格波動大，目前公司產品R142b價格漲幅已經巨大，行情持續時間無法判定，若R142b 產品價格下跌，將對公司業績產生重大不利影響，導致業績大幅不及預期。
目前，受 PVDF漲價影響，PVDF在光伏領域、塗料領域的應用佔比有所下滑，且在光伏領域、塗料領域已出現了替代產品，PVDF需求的減少也將導致盈利能力不及預期。敬請投資者注意投資風險。
公司2020年度報吿被會計師事務所發表保留意見，保留意見事項涉及持有待售資產中的預付款項餘額為3374.65 萬元，佔合併資產總額的比例為1.55%。截止公吿日，該保留意見事項尚未消除，提醒廣大投資者注意風險。
公司關注到深圳證券交易所網站於2021 年7 月16 日發佈了“深市監管動態”，深圳證券交易所明確表示對近期漲幅異常的“聯創股份”持續進行重點監控，並及時採取監管措施。公司鄭重提醒廣大投資者依法合規交易。
