ST花王(603007.SH):無法按期歸還募集資金
格隆匯8月10日丨ST花王(603007.SH)公佈,公司前次公開發行可轉換公司債券募集資金1.5億元暫時補充流動資金,將於2021年8月10日到期,由於河南水災、江蘇和鄭州先後疫情導致公司資金回籠不達預期,控股股東債務問題無法為公司提供擔保導致銀行貸款減少,控股股東非經營性資金佔用未能如期歸還等原因,在優先考慮公司正常運營的基礎上,補流資金無法按期歸還至募集資金賬户。目前公司正在積極與管理層和客户溝通協調,加快資金回籠,儘快歸還暫時補流的募集資金。
