格隆匯8月10日丨九龍倉集團(00004.HK)公佈,截至2021年6月30日止半年度,集團收入為123.37億港元,同比增長122.2%;基礎淨虧損為5.26億港元,而上年同期為虧損11.32億港元。若計入投資物業重估盈餘及其它未變現會計收益/虧損,股東應占集團盈利為10.38億港元,而上年同期為虧損17.41億港元;每股基本盈利0.34港元,宣派中期股息每股0.20港元。
