晶方科技(603005.SH)：晶方產業基金擬投資第三代半導體領域GaN(氮化鎵)器件的全球領先者Vis IC公司
格隆匯8月9日丨晶方科技(603005.SH)公佈，為加快產業優質資源整合，尋求有協同效應的產業併購與投資，提升公司的核心競爭優勢與產業拓展能力，有效把握新的市場機遇，公司參與發起設立了蘇州晶方集成電路產業投資基金合夥企業(有限合夥)(“晶方產業基金”)，基金整體規模為 6.06 億元人民幣，重點圍繞集成電路領域開展股權併購投資。目前，公司作為晶方產業基金的有限合夥人，持有晶方產業基金 99.0099%的股權比例。
近日，晶方產業基金與以色列VisIC Technologies Ltd., (“VisIC公司”)簽訂了投資協議，晶方產業基金擬出資1000 萬美金投資Visic公司，交易完成後晶方產業基金將持有Vis IC 公司7.94%的股權。
Vis IC 公司成立於2010 年，總部位於以色列Ness Ziona，是第三代半導體領域GaN(氮化鎵)器件的全球領先者，團隊擁有深厚的氮化鎵技術知識和數十年的產品經驗基礎。Vis IC 公司申請佈局了 GaN (氮化鎵)技術的關鍵專利，在此基礎上成功開發了氮化鎵基大功率晶體管和模塊，正在將其推向市場，其高效可靠的產品可廣泛使用於電能轉換、快速充電、射頻和功率器件等應用領域。
晶方科技通過晶方產業基金對以色列Vis IC公司進行投資，系基於VisIC公司為全球領先的第三代半導體領域GaN (氮化鎵)器件設計公司，其設計的氮化鎵功率器件可廣泛應用於手機充電器、電動汽車、5G 基站、高功率激光等應用領域。目前VisIC 公司正積極與電動汽車廠商合作，開發高功率驅動逆變器用氮化鎵器件和系統，有望在未來成為第三代半導體領域的核心競爭技術。公司依據自身戰略規劃投資Vis IC 公司，積極佈局前沿半導體技術，並充分利用自身先進封裝方面的產業和技術能力，以期能有效把握三代半導體相關技術的產業發展機遇。
